Being organized gives you the edge to be successful at anything you do in life.
Be prepared for school: here are some tips to be ready to go in class:
EQUIPMENT
Bring a pencil, eraser, 300 page notebook (preferably spiral bound), text book and
scientific calculator every day. If you do not have or cannot afford a scientific calculator bring a cheap non-scientific calculator (about $1 or $2 from the Dollar store).
If you need to wear glasses please
bring them.
ENERGY and REST
You are responsible for your energy and rest!
Eat and hydrate in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
Exercise at least 1/2 an hour per day, four days per week. Exercise keeps you alert and gives you energy in class. I am offering after school if you need help in structuring a safe and progressive exercise schedule. Click here:
